KRAFTON과 한국공예·디자인문화진흥원이 함께 PUBG의 핵심 게임 요소인 블루존을 모티브로 대형 병풍과 오브제를 제작했습니다. 블루존은 시간이 흐를수록 공간에 패널티를 부여하며 플레이를 점점 더 긴박하게 만드는 PUBG의 상징적인 장치입니다. 이 개념을 병풍,컵과접시의 형식과 결합해, 슈퍼포지션의 ‘디지털 자개’ 기법으로 픽셀의 중첩을 통해 깊이감 있는 블루존 이미지를 구현합니다. 또한 헬멧을 모티브로 한 스툴을 개발하여, 펍지의 상징적인 가구를 제작하였습니다.

A magnetic field is forming around Pochinki!

In collaboration with KRAFTON and KCDF, we created a large-scale folding screen and a series of objects inspired by PUBG’s core game element, the Blue Zone. The Blue Zone is an iconic mechanic in PUBG that progressively imposes spatial penalties over time, intensifying the tension of gameplay. 

By combining this concept with the forms of a folding screen, cups, and plates, Superposition’s signature “Digital Jagae” technique layers pixels to render a Blue Zone image with a strong sense of depth and dimensionality. In addition, a helmet-inspired stool was developed, resulting in a piece of furniture that embodies PUBG’s symbolic design language. These works can be experienced at PUBG Seongsu, while the Blue Zone miniatures and cup & plate sets are available for purchase at the Route Store.
